Shaping the Future

The current housing crisis is our opportunity to reimagine what’s possible. At Evolved Homes, we’re partnering with Polyhaus®, a design and building technology company, to disrupt traditional building practices, enabling us to use fewer and more sustainable materials to build faster – reducing costs and making homeownership more attainable.

Building the Future

The materials we use shatter the conventional building limitations. The use of cross-laminate timber (CLT) allows for bigger, more open spaces that maximize volume in a minimal footprint. When combined with the insulated metal roof, the structure’s fire resilience is three to five times that of conventional construction. The structural symmetry of the building is balanced in such a way that resists movement, making it strong and stable from seismic and weather activity, as well as quiet and sound resistant.

Structural Systems & Protection

CLT is 4x stronger than non-reinforced concrete and 20% stronger than steel on a pound per pound basis.

Living the Future

We’re lowering barriers, so you don’t have to compromise on where you live. This means, no long commutes to where you work or play and no long lists of DIY projects – giving you more time for family, morning walks and evening bonfires in the backyard.
